Her practice areas include corporate law, company laws, foreign investments, transaction advisory and regulatory compliance affairs. She also advises corporate clients on employment law, banking & finance and insurance law related issues.
Anushree is proficient in drafting, vetting and negotiating agreements and contacts including investment agreements, service agreements, manufacturing contracts, business transfer agreements and also transactional documents in relation to private equity, mergers & acquisitions.
