Prarit is a Senior Associate in the Dubai office. His practice areas include corporate law, compliance, banking & finance, employment and labour laws as well as commercial dispute resolution.
Prarit regularly advises foreign clients on the establishment of a presence in the UAE, employment law matters as well as regulatory and compliance issues under UAE, DIFC and ADGM laws and regulations. He has hands-on experience with drafting, reviewing, and amending various commercial agreements including employment contracts, employment handbooks, HR policies, investment/ shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, consultancy agreements, distribution agreements, business terms and conditions for online portals, DIFC/ ADGM client onboarding agreements, etc. On the contentious side, he has assisted clients in commercial disputes.
Prarit also has relevant experience in advising banks and borrowers in respect of availing credit facilities, preparation of financing documents, advice on creation and enforcement of security interest, preparation of security documents, external commercial borrowings and syndicated loan documentation.
