Roshni regularly advises and assists clients with corporate/ commercial transactions and arbitration matters. Roshni’s diverse experience in the UAE and India, along with her education in the UK at the postgraduate level, equips her with skills for achieving favourable and swift outcomes for clients.
She has drafted and reviewed a wide range of agreements including joint venture agreements, share purchase and shareholder agreements, sale and purchase agreements, distribution agreements, employment contracts and construction contracts. She also regularly assists clients with commercial matters, including incorporation and compliances as well as advise on complex aspects of law faced by clients in various industries such as banking and finance, manufacturing, distribution, real estate etc.
On the disputes side, she advises and assists clients with mediation as well as arbitration. She has also represented clients in arbitration proceedings under the DIAC Rules, 2022 as well as Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Arbitration Regulations 2015.
Further, Roshni actively participates in matters being done by the Firm on a pro bono basis to assist people in need requiring legal support. In a matter where a porter was duped by an immigration company, she successfully advised and assisted in recovering the entire sum.
