Sarthak is a Senior Associate with the Firm. He has considerable experience in litigation and dispute resolution, with extensive abilities in handling complex and large disputes.
He focuses on disputes before the UAE, DIFC and ADGM Courts, commercial arbitrations under the aegis of DIAC, ICC, SIAC and ad hoc arbitrations including under the ADGM Arbitration Regulations. He has assisted clients in both civil and criminal matters. On the civil side, he regularly handles labour cases, recovery cases and cheque execution cases and also real estate matters before the RDC.
Apart from his experience in dispute resolution, Sarthak has also been involved in drafting and reviewing agreements as well as providing corporate advisory and opinions. He has advised clients on laws relating to product liability, industrial standards, real estate, environment protection, recycling guidelines, cybercrimes as well as data protection.
